At LUXÉ BELLE, we want you to love your purchase. If you receive an eligible item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for a return under this policy, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Cosmetic and hygiene products

For health and hygiene reasons, makeup and personal-care products that have been opened, used, or altered generally cannot be returned.

Eligible returns

To be eligible for a return, an item must:

• Be unused and unopened
• Be in its original condition and packaging
• Be requested within 30 days of delivery
• Include proof of purchase or the original order number

Non-returnable items
